Ohio’s Employment First Initiative raises expectations surrounding employment for people with disabilities. Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services is committed to the success of each person we serve. We believe individuals should have the opportunity to explore career options and seek jobs that fit their unique skills and interests.

This blog, maintained by the agency’s Community Relations staff, is focused on employment for people with disabilities. Hamilton County DD Services support more than 7,800 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout their lives, from babies through seniors, by providing case management, monitoring service quality, and funding services provided by our community partners.
